Venterra, a full service Chicago-based real estate company with two offices in the Chicagoland area, is a twenty five year old, privately held firm whose major stockholders are George W. Rourke (President of Venterra) and Richard S. Pepper (Chairman of The Pepper Companies, a large, privately held Chicago-based general contracting company).
